Letting us know about streetworks

Before you start

Before starting any digging you’ll need to find out where our equipment is located and you can ask us to send you a map of our network by filling in this online form.

You’ll need to pay an admin fee and details of costs and how to pay will be included in the quote which we'll send back to you once we've received your completed form. Once we've received your payment we'll send you the maps, either by email or post, within 10 working days.

Alternatively our maps are available to view free of charge at our Norwich office. Please email the helpdesk to make an appointment.

If you need any more information please contact our helpdesk.

Maps by email

If you need to locate our network on a regular basis, the best way to do this is to use our Maps by Email service. This is an online mapping system and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is generally used for areas smaller than 500m squared.  For more information about this service go to the Maps by Email pages.
