When you want our network removed

How we can help

We provide every customer with an agreed, bespoke Openreach network solution when and where they need it. We can remove Openreach network situated in public or private land and reinstall Openreach network on completion if you require.

For consumer and business customers, we:

  • Survey and audit Openreach assets impacted by the project
  • Recover Openreach copper and fibre assets prior to commencement
  • Protect Openreach assets within the impacted area
  • Reinstate the Openreach assets post project completion
  • Remove ducting, cables, poles, underground boxes including manholes, overhead wires and green cabinets
  • Remove internal wiring schemes

For a local authority, highway authority or utility company, we:

  • Remove ducting, cables, poles, underground boxes including manholes, overhead wires and green cabinets

If you do not need our network to be moved or removed, you should contact your service provider about anything related to your existing phone or broadband service. They will be able to progress installation or repair work on your behalf with Openreach, including booking an engineering appointment.
